Don Enrique offers a fixed menu which varies throughout your stay. Mediterranean flavours and aromas are highlighted with a strong influence of the regional cuisine. Homemade bakery is made daily in clay ovens and jams are made from regional fruits. Our cuisine also offers alternative menus for vegetarian and celiac people.
Many of the organic vegetables used at the lodge grow in our orchard. Yucca, lettuce, zucchini, rocket, oregano, ciboulette and tropical fruits among others.
